This article describes the principles behind GENXELL BIO's approach to research supply: batch-level independent analysis, accessible documentation, and traceability from analysis to delivered container.
GENXELL BIO supplies compounds for laboratory research and analytical applications. The requirement in that context is not persuasion but evidence: a researcher needs to know what a material is, how it was measured, and how the document relates to the container on the bench.
Documentation first
Our starting principle is that documentation precedes description. Every batch is analysed and every analysis is published against the batch identifier printed on the label, so that a researcher can match the document to the physical material without contacting us first.
Independent, batch-level analysis
Analysis is performed by laboratories independent of production, on samples drawn from the batch that is actually supplied. Reports are issued under the testing laboratory's own reference and can be retrieved from that laboratory directly.

Traceability as a system
A batch identifier is only useful if it appears consistently. Ours links the production record, the analytical report, the container label, and our public COA database, so a researcher can start from any one of those points and reach the others.
A supplier's claim should be checkable without the supplier's participation.
Accessible records
Our COA database is open and searchable by product, batch, and size. Documentation is not held back pending enquiry, because a document that requires a request is difficult to use during method development or institutional review.
